PraixEdu Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1a. Welcome to PraixEdu. By registering in any of our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1b. These Terms govern your use of our services, course materials, platforms, and enrollment in any PraixEdu program.
2. Registration and Eligibility
2a. Registration is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each program.
2b. Registration is confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees.
2c. PraixEdu reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its discretion.
3. Course Fees and Payment
3a. All fees, including tuition, registration, and administration fees, must be paid as indicated before enrollment.
3b. Registration and administration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3c. Tuition fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a visa rejection for international students. Proof of visa refusal must be submitted to qualify for a tuition refund.
3d. Payments must be made in full or according to the payment plan agreed upon during registration
4. Refund Policy
4a. Tuition fees will be refunded only if an international student provides official proof of visa rejection.
4b. Registration and administration fees are strictly non-refundable.
4c. Refunds are not provided for withdrawal, change of mind, non-attendance, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with course content.
4d. Refund requests due to visa rejection must be submitted in writing with official documentation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of verification.
5. Course Access
5a. Enrolled participants are granted access to course materials, platforms, and resources for the duration of the program.
5b. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
5c. Course schedules, instructors, or content may be modified by PraixEdu at its discretion. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
6. Internship and Career Support
6a. PraixEdu provides internship placements where applicable.
6b. Participation in internships is subject to program-specific eligibility criteria.
6c. Internship opportunities provide practical experience but do not guarantee employment beyond the program.
7. Code of Conduct
7a. Participants must maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behavior at all times.
7b. Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that disrupts learning will not be tolerated.
7c. PraixEdu reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for violations of the Code of Conduct without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8a. All course materials, videos, software, and resources are the intellectual property of PraixEdu.
8b. Materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without explicit permission.
8c. Participants may create derivative works for personal learning purposes but may not commercialize them.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9a. PraixEdu collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9b. Personal information is used solely for registration, course delivery, communication, and career support.
9c. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
10. Liability
10a. PraixEdu is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in courses, use of platforms, or reliance on course materials.
10b. Participants enroll at their own discretion and risk.
10c. PraixEdu is not responsible for technical issues outside its control, including internet failures, device problems, or third-party service interruptions.
11. Termination
11a. PraixEdu may terminate a participant’s enrollment for non-payment, violation of the Code of Conduct, or breach of these Terms.
11b. Termination may occur without refund, except where explicitly stated (e.g., tuition refund for visa rejection).
12. Communication
12a. All official communications will be sent via the email address provided during registration.
12b. Participants are responsible for maintaining active access to their registered email accounts.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13a. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which PraixEdu operates.
13b. Any disputes arising from registration or enrollment shall be resolved amicably where possible.
13c. If legal action is necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of PraixEdu.
14. Amendments
14a. PraixEdu reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
14b. Participants will be notified of material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Course Completion and Certificates
15a. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the program, meeting all course requirements.
15b. Certificates remain the property of PraixEdu and may not be altered or misused.
15c. Participants who fail to meet course requirements are not eligible for a certificate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Online Platform Rules
16a. Participants must use the online learning platform responsibly and professionally.
16b. Sharing login credentials or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform is prohibited.
16c. Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
17. Support Services
17a. PraixEdu provides technical and academic support during the program duration.
17b. Support services are limited to assisting with course access, learning tools, and internship guidance.
17c. PraixEdu is not responsible for external services, hardware, or software failures unrelated to the program.
18. Payment Disputes
18a. Any payment-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction.
18b. PraixEdu will review disputes and communicate decisions within 30 days.
18c. Refunds will be issued only in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined in Section 4.
19. Acceptance of Terms
19a. By registering in a PraixEdu program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
